Day 1: Foundation and Workplace Culture Participants establish essential knowledge through human rights and Occupational Health and Safety perspectives, examining how discrimination and harassment impact team dynamics, creativity, and production efficiency. Core modules address cultural awareness strategies, recognition and mitigation of unconscious bias, psychosocial health maintenance, and effective approaches to resolving workplace concerns through both informal and formal channels. This foundation ensures all participants understand their role in fostering collaborative, respectful production environments.
Day 2: Leadership Implementation and Action Building on foundational knowledge, participants develop practical skills for inclusive leadership within production teams. Advanced modules explore restorative approaches to workplace conflict resolution, evidence-based strategies for inclusive crew hiring, the development of authentic allyship practices, and effective coaching and mentoring techniques. Participants leave equipped with immediately applicable tools to drive cultural transformation within their organizations and productions.
