British Columbia at the 2025 Black Screen Office Symposium

This year, four motion picture professionals from British Columbia attended the 2025 Black Screen Office Symposium 2025 with support from Creative BC’s Domestic Industry Initiatives. These initiatives aim to support initiatives that foster and encourage industry development by investing in activities that develop and innovate B.C.’s creative ecosystem such as education and training initiatives, research that measures jobs and opportunity, and industry conferences.
Held on April 1, the symposium featured inspiring keynotes and interviews, hands-on workshops and roundtables, dynamic performances and parties, as well as impactful networking opportunities.
This program supports initiatives that foster and encourage industry development by investing in activities that develop and innovate B.C.’s creative ecosystem such as education and training initiatives, research that measures jobs and opportunity, and industry conferences.
