Developed collaboratively by The Unison Fund, Revilios, and SOCAN, Soundcheck: A Survey on Mental Health in the Canadian Music Industry is the first of its kind in Canada.
Open until September 30, 2025, this survey will fill a current research data gap in the Canadian music industry. It aims to understand the mental health challenges in the industry: who is affected, how, and why.
The survey will increase sectoral understanding of the experiences, attitudes, and opinions of those in the Canadian music industry. Broad industry participation in this survey will help to capture a comprehensive understanding of mental health and its industry impacts, coast to coast to coast. You can also share this information with industry colleagues and contacts. All responses are anonymous. This survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
