From February 4–6, 2026, delegates from British Columbia will attend NATPE Global in Miami, supported by the Passports to Markets program.

NATPE Global is recognized as one of North America’s premier content marketplaces, bringing together a broad cross section of the international media industry. The 2025 iteration welcomed approximately 1,700 delegates from 54 countries, including buyers from major networks, streamers, FAST channels, studios, distributors, and media agencies—reflecting its role as a central meeting point for global content decision makers.

For 2026, NATPE’s program expands under a shared industry theme of convergence, exploring how shifting power dynamics, cross sector partnerships, and platform driven strategies are reshaping the business of content. Sessions will feature keynote speakers from leading media companies and will examine topics such as evolving buyer priorities, strategic collaborations between traditional and emerging players, and new approaches to content development and distribution.

Through the Passports to Markets program, Creative BC provides targeted travel support that enables B.C.-based creative media professionals to access these high-value opportunities. This investment helps local producers and companies expand their international networks, secure co-production and financing partnerships, and strengthen B.C.’s visibility and competitiveness in the global screen industry.
