Vancouver artist Tariq released his new full length album Telegrams on March 29, 2019.  The album comprises 11 songs produced and recorded at  Afterlife Studios with John Raham and released on Vancouver label Tonic Records.

Over the years, Tariq has been involve in many recordings including his own JUNO nominated solo album The Basement Songs (1997) and his work with local group Brasstronaut. 
 
 
The new record features lots of familiar BC players including Sam Davidson (clarinet and arrangements), Leah Abramson (background vocals), Jesse Zubot (violin), Skye Brooks (drums), JP Carter (trumpet), and Micajah Sturgess (french horn).
