Composer Filmmaker Accelerator 2024 | Apply by July 19, 2024
For emerging composers:

• Work under the guidance of Emmy-nominated composer Miriam Cutler
• Experience 5 weeks of remote learning with established filmmakers and music industry leaders, culminating with a week in-person at VIFF Amp 2024
• Compose, record, and perform an original score with the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra at The Warehouse Studios

For songwriters interested in song placement in film and television:

• SOUNDOFF is a showcasing platform with a focus on song placement in film and television. Selected artists will have the opportunity to perform two original songs and connect with a panel of domestic and international music supervisors. The showcase will take place between October 1 – 4, 2024.
