Apply for the Canadian Creative Accelerator Music Tech Program by July 19, 2024
The Canadian Creative Accelerator is an initiative of the Canadian Consulate in Los Angeles that connects Canadian creative companies – including Canadian music tech companies – with business opportunities in the US.
A Canadian music company cohort will access a hybrid market entry program built around the 2024 Music Tectonics Conference in October. This program will launch with two virtual sessions in August and September 2024, followed by the in-market program and conference in October.
Eligible companies must be:
- Headquartered in Canada,
- A technology company with a product or solution for the music industry. This can include (but not limited to) fan to artist engagement development, AI enabling DAWs (Digital Audio Workstation), AI-enabling music/music creation in general, Web3 (i.e. gamifying artist to fan experience), and/or blockchain technology
- Revenue-generating, with a clear product and/or solution
- Have clients in the Canadian music industry, and/or at least one international market,
- Be able to commit a founder/executive to participate in 2 virtual sessions in August and September, leading up to 3 days of in-person (Los Angeles) programming in October 2024
