24 Projects from British Columbia funded through the 2024 TELUS STORYHIVE Scripted Edition program
STORYHIVE has announced the filmmakers chosen for the 2024 TELUS STORYHIVE Scripted Edition, following a competitive selection process from over 400 submissions across British Columbia and Alberta. A total of 40 emerging filmmakers will receive $20,000 each in production funding to bring their short to mid-length fiction films or community TV pilots to life. In addition to financial support, recipients will gain access to training and personalized mentorship through the National Screen Institute, with distribution on TELUS Optik TV.
Creative BC will provide all B.C. projects in the program with an additional $5,000 of top-up funding. See the projects funded from B.C. below:
