British Columbia at BANFF World Media Festival 2025

May 30, 2025

From June 8 to 11, 13 delegates from B.C. will attend BANFF World Media Festival 2025 in Alberta supported by the Passports to Markets program. The program provides travel support to B.C.-based creative media professionals, helping them access key international markets, conferences, co-production, and co-financing events. Creative BC’s support offsets a portion of travel, accommodation, and registration expenses.

The 46th edition of BANFF World Media Festival offers a unique space where partnerships are forged, and new films and series are pitched, developed, and greenlit across scripted, unscripted, and kids content. Each year, the festival brings together industry professionals from over 50 countries, establishing itself as an unparalleled international marketplace.
