1. Inclusive Organizations – Executive Training

·        This half day training program is for executive-level leaders who are seeking to expand their awareness of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and understand how their involvement can impact the positive change and overall success of their organization.

2. Inclusive Leadership Program facilitated by Refinery Leadership

·        This 3-day training program is for leaders who are seeking to expand their awareness of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and help build a workplace where everyone has access and equal opportunity to succeed.

·        Session Dates – Cohort 3:
·        Full day sessions: April 29^th, May 28^th and June 28^th, 2021
·        Intersession calls: May 11^th and June 14^th, 2021 (calls are 1-hr, between 9am-4:30pm. Exact time TBC)

·        This 3-day training program is for HR and organizational leaders who want to develop and foster inclusive and diverse workplaces
