Online Masterclasses and Mentorship Programs at The Producers Lounge: apply by March 4, 2022!
Thanks to support provided by Creative BC and the Province of British Columbia, The Producers Lounge promotes, resources, and elevates extraordinary producers, engineers and audiophiles. Their work highlights and celebrates the various creative and technical fields that underpin the live music sector.
A series of professional development and networking opportunities for sound engineers, music producers, and self-produced artists is available between March and June 2022.
Offerings feature masterclass broadcasts from multi-platinum producer Susan Rogers (Prince/David Byrne), and award-winning beat-maker Densie De’ion. All producers and self-produced artists are welcome to register for these free broadcasts. Female and non-binary producers and engineers can also apply for the Elev-8 mentorship program, with producer-mentors Elisa Pangsaeng, Lin Gardiner, Jane Aurora, Mary Ancheta, Olivia Quan, and Catherine Hiltz.
