BCIT, in partnership with DigiBC, has created the Communication in Team-based Collaboration micro-credential course for those who want experience and practice working in a team. Students will apply their communication skills while reflecting on topics such as professional empathy, teamwork, conflict resolution, intercultural and interpersonal communication. This is a six-week, part-time course and students will receive a badge upon completion.
