Creative BC has updated the forms available in the Motion Picture Tax Credits section on the website to make PDF documents fillable for your convenience and our efficient data processing. There are updated fillable PDF forms available here:
FIBC Schedule A (Declaration of BC Residency)
FIBC Schedule B (Certificate of an Officer)
Also, two Motion Picture Tax Credit Affidavits have been replaced with Declarations. This change means producers no longer need to notarize documents. The two new declarations can be found here:
