Professional Development Program offered in partnership between Creative Pathways™ and Elevate Inclusion Strategies
Course Description:
Everyone has the right to work in a psychologically safe work environment free from discrimination, bullying and harassment, where people work collaboratively and cross-culturally.
This full-day session will deepen film workers’ understanding of anti-discrimination, unconscious bias and cultural awareness. Using an OH&S lens, participants will complete the training with a knowledge and understanding of their roles and responsibilities in creating an inclusive workplace.
Who should take this course?
This course is open to experienced and new industry workers, students, and B.C.-based individuals getting into, or who are currently working in, the motion picture industry.

Schedule: Facilitated 1-day Workshop Schedule: 9:30am – 4pm PT with a 1-hour lunch and 15-minute breaks in the morning and afternoon
Prerequisites: Must be B.C.-based
Upon successful completion, participants will receive:
– Certificate of Completion
– Social Media Badge

Creative Pathways™ and Elevate Inclusion Strategies Professional Development Programs are made possible by public provincial funds. Attendees of the program are Recipients of this training which is being delivered free of cost for participants. Inclusive Workplaces for Film and Television Workers is valued at $250 for a 1-day course.
