“Lea Desandre flies weightlessly around elaborate ornamentation, expressive and precise. The Jupiter players and Dunford excel.” — The Guardian
For their first concert in Vancouver, this astounding French ensemble, under the direction of lutenist Thomas Dunford (on his third visit to Vancouver), presents a vocal and instrumental program devoted entirely to the music of Vivaldi, based upon their multi-award-winning 2019 album ‘Vivaldi Jupiter’. The event will take place Sunday March 19, 2023 at the Chan Shun Concert Hall.
