Shifting Forms – A Symposium of Indigenous Moving Image Art and Animation will take place from April 11-13 at Emily Carr University. This free and accessible event highlights the perspectives of Indigenous storytellers, focusing on their work in animation, interactive media, and other media-based art forms.
The event will feature a variety of activities, including screenings of animations, panel discussions, keynotes, art installations, workshops, and a VR station. It will also offer networking opportunities and engaging hands-on workshops.
