Register now for WIM Canada’s FREE Navigating Live Training Program
In celebration of International Women’s Week, WIM Canada has announced its coast to coast Navigating Live Training Program, running March 5 – 12, 2023.
The touring program will host industry training panel discussions in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Winnipeg, and Dartmouth. All sessions are free to attend. All sessions will also be made available for viewing via live-stream.

The Vancouver-based session will be “Navigating Live: Artist Career Development”, and will drill down into career development specifics for emerging and established live music artists. Topics will include management, funding, marketing and public relations, branding, and skill development. There will be a keynote address by Katie Murphy; panel speakers will include Britany Ayton (Sofar Sounds), Jenna Robson (604 Records), Mell Kirkland (Vancouver Blues Around Town), and Krystle Dos Santos (independent artist).
