A non-recoupable advance, matching up to 50% of the eligible triggering agent commitment is available BC to production companies who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Program Guidelines. Applicants must be British Columbia owned and controlled production companies. International treaty or interprovincial co-productions are eligible under this program.

Applications are evaluated on a first come/first served basis until the allocated budget for this program is fully expended.
