Recipients of the Interactive and Arts Innovation Funds Announced

INTERACTIVE FUND

The Interactive Fund is a partnership between Creative  BC and the BC Arts Council and helps support the productions of high quality, original interactive digital media content and software applications.

This year, we received a record number of 114 applications and were able to support the following nine organizations.

  1. Super Value Meal Studios Inc.
  2. Nanu Interactive Inc.
  3. Jennifer Chen
  4. Reel Apps Inc.
  5. Live Wires Design Ltd.
  6. Slant Design + Marketing
  7. Cloudhead Games
  8. String Theory Entertainment
  9. Waywayd Productions Ltd.

ARTS INNOVATION FUND

The Arts Innovation Fund is a partnership between Creative BC and the BC Arts Council and helps arts and cultural organizations to collaborate with digital media creators on projects that engage audiences in new and innovative ways.  This year, we received 18 applications and were able to support the following eight organizations.

  1. Cinevolution Media Arts Society
  2. Coastal Jazz and Blues
  3. Pacific Book World News Society
  4. Vancouver International Film Festival Society
  5. Dream Rider Theatre Society
  6. Nisgaa Museum
  7. Boca del Lupo
  8. Haida Gwaii Museum
