Bringing a little magic and meaning to the beautiful seawall in Coal Harbour, Liven UP – Coal Harbour is a new and free month-long family-friendly activation that will see lighting installations, artists, musicians, and storytellers animate this spectacular walk from Canada Place to Cardero Park. Liven UP – Coal Harbour is not only about entertaining and creating a sense of wonder, it is about bringing people together, sharing experiences, and connecting with cultural groups that have helped shape our city.
Larger lighting installations will be located at key points along the route with suspended lighting to find your way. Performance areas will be activated on Friday and Saturday evenings in December from 5-10pm with musicians, artists, fire performers, and storytellers. All event activations are accessible and free for everyone to enjoy!
